LiftSeat Announces New Contract with Partners Cooperative, Inc. to Make Leading Power Toilet Lifts Available to Members11/20/2023
Oakbrook, IL, November 2023 – LiftSeat Corporation, leading manufacturer of power toilet lift solutions for home and healthcare use, has entered into a new 3-year contract with Partners Cooperative, Inc, a non-profit, collaborative organization formed by multiple health systems with the aim of pooling resources, expertise, and purchasing power to achieve cost efficiencies and improve operational effectiveness.
Karen Wheeler, National Director of GPOs for LiftSeat, shared, “We are thrilled to make our award-winning toileting solutions available to Partner’s Cooperative members. Safe toileting is a challenge, with some studies estimating up to 1 in 3 in-hospital falls being bathroom-related. LiftSeat toilet lifts were designed specifically to address this challenge. Being able to more readily provide this risk-reducing technology is a big win, for patients and healthcare facilities.”
Healthcare facilities nationwide use LiftSeat Power Toilet lifts every day to eliminate unnecessary manual transfers from bedside to bathroom. When added to safe patient handling and fall prevention programs, LiftSeat Toilet Lifts can help prevent toileting related injuries to patients and staff.
All LiftSeat models are mobile and can be used in a standard hospital bathroom or easily converted for bedside use. In addition to the LS450 model, which can support up to 450lbs, LiftSeat also offers the LS750 model (able to support up to 750lbs) for bariatric use.
